HOW TO CREATE A 2-In-1 LOOK

I recently finished a project for a 15yr old teenager called Coco who was looking for a room for now and for the future. So I decided to design for her a 2-in-1 look. One with a pink accent for now and one for the future in a Coco Chanel monochromatic, chic, neutral style that any young women would want to grow into. By keeping the walls, curtains, upholstery, ceiling, skirting, woodwork, carpentry and flooring neutral, it gave me a canvas to paint two different designs on to.

Is there anything more iconic and timeless than the Coco Chanel brand. When I designed this room for Coco I had her future in mind. Between the ages of 15-21yrs there's a lot of growing up between these years and before leaving home.

A soothing calming sophisticated palette is not only simplistic, but also lets the details shine through. In today’s busy world it’s nice to unwind in a bedroom that feels fresh, serene and luxurious.

I kept the design simple, with the option to mix and match between two styles. One with pink soft furnishings and accessories for now and for a teenager. And one with monochromatic soft furnishings and accessories for a more grown up, sophisticated glamorous look for the future and the years to come.

So I procured two sets of everything, which is a really inexpensive way to change a look to last and to grow into:
